As an Eagle Scout, Wayne has given numerous ‘Good Citizenship/Governance’ presentations to Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of all ages (including Cub Scouts, Weblos and Brownies).

Wayne Chaired the city’s Cultural Arts Commission that installed the 9/11 Memorial (World Trade Center steel columns with attached gusset plates).

Wayne represented our city at a White House meeting with the President as part of a non-partisan U.S. Conference of Mayors delegation.
